Yes, international orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving, it usually arrives between 8-10 business days from the shipped date for standard shipping. Details can be checked at Shipping & Delivery.

If you're not sure what size to buy, we suggest using the measurements of an item you own and comparing them to stats in our size chart to find the best fit.

Please note the measurements shown on the size chart are the dimensions of the finished garment.

Our shirts have been pre-shrunk during the production process and does not fade. And will go through a strict quality test process before sending it out. So you don't need to worry about product problems such as shrinking after washing.

Generally, if our website indicates that it is out of stock, it means that the arrival time cannot be determined when or whether it can be restocked.

But we are very concerned about every request of customers, we would love to customize the size of the product you need, the production time needs to be extended to 7-10 days. If you want to customize, you can contact us anytime.

You can directly use the code to buy products in our store, you will see an option of "Enter your discount code or gift card" at the shopping cart page, then "Apply", you will see the code amount deducted from your total order amount, then continue to pay.

Please email customer service for assistance, and please note that you have the option to cancel/edit your order before shipping or before your package is picked up from our store.

If you do not know your online order number, please contact our customer service for assistance. It is best to provide the email or address you used when placing your order so that customer service can find your order as quickly as possible.

Occasionally, packages are marked ‘delivered' before they’re dropped off. In the meantime, please look around the surrounding area or contact your neighbors in case it was misdelivered. If it was not, please let us know so we may also escalate this with USPS/FedEx.

We've made returns easy. If you would like to return an item for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.

Once your refund request has been applied, it will take 3 - 5 days to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please kindly contact our customer service.

Yiume will provide a return label for free. Please check your email after the return or exchange is approved. If you do not receive it, please pay attention to check your spam mailbox.

YIUME will also refund the original shipping fee if you return the entire order for a refund.
